Merchandise must be in its original packaging and tags intact, unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must be in unused and unworn condition.
Return Process:
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item, providing the order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return address and return process.
The customer bears the return shipping cost.
Refund Method:
After we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
The refund will be returned to the account where you paid for the order in the original way, and the refund time may be delayed depending on the payment method.
Please note that the following does not apply to the return policy:
Customized or personalized merchandise.
Broken or stained merchandise due to personal reasons.
